We have been so lucky at Linktree to have worked with Bev for more than year in our Performance and Development space! 

Bev was instrumental in designing and rolling out our performance review framework, career tracks and manager training series. 

Bev always comes at everything with a considered yet open minded approach - always ready to get stuck in talking to our employees to truly understand what they need and align that with what we wanted to achieve as a P&C function and as a business. We have had such incredible feedback from all layers within the business of how impressed they are with the level of structure and support we have in place given our age and stage as a start-up and this is largely down to Bev's hard work!
